The Project
A development of 195 tourist apartments with 1 and 2 bedrooms, fully furnished and equipped with high energy-rated appliances. The development is located on the beach of Canet d’en Berenguer. The upper terrace of the building has two swimming pools, changing rooms, a solarium, and a chill-out area, for the exclusive use of the owners. Its location is privileged, both for its proximity to the sea (just 200m away) and for the tranquility of the area (Avda. Blasco Ibáñez with the corner of C/Entre Naranjos), which has all the services: restaurants, supermarkets, sports area, medical center, playgrounds…
Location
Canet d’en Berenguer is a municipality in the Valencian Community (Spain), belonging to the region of Camp de Morvedre and just 30 km from the city of Valencia. It is surrounded by the terms of Sagunto (Valencia) and the Mediterranean Sea.
Within the municipality of Canet d’en Berenguer is also the population center of Playa de Canet, also called Rincón de Mar, where our tourist apartment development is located.
It is easily accessed from Valencia via the V-21 and V-23 highways and the N-340 road, to then access the CV-317. The area is connected by public transport, L115e metrobus service departing from the Valencia Bus Station.
