The Project
The BB Hotel San Fermín, located at 6 Magacela Street, in Usera, Madrid, will have 150 rooms and a construction period of 11.5 months. This 3-star hotel will also be built with the ÁVITA-Wallex prefabricated system and is close to the Caja Mágica and the M-30 and M-40 highways, as well as line 3 of the metro at the San Fermín-Orcasur station. The building will have a ground floor plus 4 floors. It will have 67 parking spaces, of which 37 will be large and 30 medium, in addition to 3 spaces for loading and unloading, and 31 spaces for bicycles and active mobility vehicles.
The hotel will also have a breakfast dining room, meeting room, service areas, staff changing rooms, technical rooms, and an outdoor parking garage. The rooms will have ducted air conditioning, a free-standing wardrobe-desk, a safe, a TV, and a private bathroom with a shower.
