A total buildable area of 6,000 m2 will be used for a new development of around 40 single-family homes. All the plots are located in Sector 5, one of eight urban development sectors in the municipality, and the most advanced in terms of planning progress.
With this acquisition, focused on developing single-family residences similar to those already under way in the neighbouring Monte de la Villa area (Villaviciosa de Odón), Avintia Inmobiliaria joins other major developers driving Brunete’s urban expansion.
The international consultancy firm Catella acted as exclusive advisor to the transaction. Sector SR-5 is one of the eight residential development areas that make up Brunete’s expansion zone, and the only one to have completed the full urban planning process. As a result, all developers in the sector will be able to begin construction in 2026.
