Avintia Inmobiliaria takes part in exclusive housing forum organised by Cinco Días and PwC
Roberto Campos, Managing Director of Avintia Inmobiliaria, was one of the speakers at the event “Housing: Beyond the Law of Supply and Demand,” organised by the newspaper Cinco Días and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). He joined a panel with Alejandra Mora, Managing Partner at Alas Social Impact Capital; Laura Fernández, Managing Director of Asval; Beatriz Toribio, Secretary General of APC Spain; and Miren Telleria, Head of the Real Estate sector at PwC. The session, moderated by Cinco Días Deputy Editor Nuño Rodrigo, focused on the challenge of access to affordable housing.
Discussions examined the structural causes of Spain’s housing crisis, driven by the imbalance between supply and demand, as well as possible solutions. In this context, the affordable Build to Rent (BTR) model, spearheaded by Avintia Inmobiliaria, was highlighted as a key tool to meet this challenge.
