The Project
The BB Hotel Getafe, located on Avenida Leonardo Da Vinci 16-18, in the La Carpetania district of Getafe, has 151 rooms and a construction period of 11 months, also using the ÁVITA-Wallex prefabricated system. This 3-star hotel offers double access from Leonardo Da Vinci and Avenida Lovelace streets, and is located near the A-4 highway, 26 km from the Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas airport. Nearby are the Cerro de los Ángeles, the Nassica shopping center, The Style Outlets, and El Corte Inglés. The Prado Museum can be reached in 20 minutes by car, and the Puerta del Sol in 25 minutes.
The building consists of a ground floor plus 3 floors and has a development of 5,625.54 m², of which more than 2,819 m² correspond to “green” parking spaces, made with the PRÁTEX system that allows the growth of passable grass. This system includes 233 parking spaces, divided into 142 large, 78 medium, 7 for electric cars, 4 accessible, 2 accessible for electric cars, 2 for motorcycles and 2 for bicycles. The hotel also has more than 368 m² of green areas on the perimeter of the plot. Its facilities include a breakfast dining room, meeting room, service areas, staff changing rooms, technical rooms and outdoor garage. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, free-standing wardrobe-desk, safe, TV and private bathroom with shower.
