The Project
The BB Hotel Villaverde, located on Avenida Real de Pinto 96, in the Villaverde business park (formerly the Marconi park), will have 130 rooms and a construction period of 11 months, using the ÁVITA-Wallex prefabricated system. This 3-star hotel is located near the Villaverde-Alto station, which connects with Renfe lines C4 and C5, and metro line 3, which is being expanded to connect with Metro Sur. It is also well connected to bus lines 22 and T41.
The building will have a ground floor plus 4 floors and will have 57 parking spaces, distributed among 26 medium, 27 large, and 4 spaces for people with reduced mobility (PRM). In addition, it will have 3 loading and unloading spaces, and 27 spaces for bicycles and active mobility vehicles. Its facilities include a breakfast dining room, meeting room, service areas, staff changing rooms, technical rooms, and a garage with outdoor and indoor parking. The rooms will be equipped with air conditioning, free-standing wardrobe-desk, safe, TV and private bathroom with shower.
