The Project
The Martiricos Towers, located in Málaga, are the tallest residential buildings in Andalusia, with 30 floors and a height of 110 meters. The North Tower, which reaches 111.5 meters, will house both homes and hotels, while the South Tower, dedicated exclusively to residential use, has a height of 106.7 meters. Both towers have become a symbol of the city, forming part of its skyline and being visible from almost any point in the capital.
The North Tower will have 198 rental homes and two four-star hotels: a Staybridge, which will occupy floors 2 to 6 with 105 rooms, and a Hilton, which will be between floors 6 and 13 with more than 200 rooms. Both hotels will have independent access, as will the residents of the homes.
The project has attracted local buyers, mostly from Málaga, but over time it has gained interest from people from other parts of Spain and even from abroad, who have acquired homes in these emblematic towers.
