The Project
Residential complex of 606 Public Protection homes (VPPL) for rent, located on Avenida Vía Láctea, Móstoles, Madrid, within PAU-4. The project is developed on a plot of 14,760 m² and is organized into 4 blocks of homes with variable heights between 7 and 9 floors. These buildings are distributed on a common base that includes three levels of underground parking, with a total of 719 parking spaces and 606 storage rooms.
The design of the complex includes various types of homes, ranging from 1-bedroom apartments to larger units. The common areas, located on the ground floor, offer a wide range of services for residents: two swimming pools, a paddle tennis court, a gym, changing rooms, a community room, a coworking space, a concierge, as well as children’s areas, garden areas and pedestrian walkways. All blocks have access through vertical communication cores, which include elevators and stairs, guaranteeing accessibility from the different pedestrian entrances distributed throughout the perimeter of the plot.
The construction system is based on an industrialized structure, using prefabricated concrete panels for both the structure and the facades. These systems ensure a high level of energy efficiency and sustainability, with special attention to thermal and acoustic insulation in all divisions between homes and common spaces. The roofs of the blocks are used for technical installations necessary for the operation of the building.
In addition, a community facility has been reserved in block 2, intended for community services, with access from a pedestrian living space. The project also includes accessible road and pedestrian accesses in various orientations, which facilitates the transit of vehicles and pedestrians both inside and outside the premises.
This development not only offers an affordable housing solution, but also promotes a comfortable and balanced lifestyle, with ample recreational spaces and green areas that are perfectly integrated into the residential complex.
