The Project
Residencial Nou Benicalap is a development of 115 homes in Valencia, next to the Benicalap Park and close to the Nou Mestalla and the Conference Center. The residential complex for Grupo Avintia offers housing types from 1 to 4 bedrooms distributed in two different blocks.
Distribution
The interior distribution of the homes contemplates a program in which space is one of its virtues. The circulation areas have been reduced to a minimum and the homes have a clear separation between day and night areas. All homes have terraces and large access windows, enhancing natural lighting and ventilation and allowing the living area to be projected to the outside.
Common areas
The ground floor is designed as a large open community space, equipped with an adult pool, children’s pool, children’s play area, green area, bicycle parking, free recreation areas and community space.
