The Project
The Pozuelo Student Residence, owned by Student Experience, was designed as a hostel with features that meet the specific needs of students. Avintia Proyectos acted as Delegate Promoter, while ADI managed its development. Located at Avenida de Rodajos nº 3, in Pozuelo de Alarcón, the work was completed in March 2023 and opened to the public in June 2023. The building, with a constructed area of 27,339 m² (19,159 m² above ground and 8,180 m² below ground), is organized in 14 interconnected modules and has three floors above ground and one or two below ground, depending on the topography.
The design includes 594 rooms, 16 of them accessible, each with an integrated bathroom, outdoor terrace, and an average area of 23 m². On the ground floor, there is a restaurant with a terrace, a gym, a large swimming pool integrated into the green areas, multipurpose rooms, and offices. The rooms are distributed between the ground floor and the two upper floors, while the roof floor houses general facilities, rest areas under pergolas, and a paddle tennis court. In addition, the underground floors include 161 parking spaces for vehicles, 25 for motorcycles, warehouses, and technical rooms.
The building’s facade combines prefabricated white concrete panels and an interior skin of composite panels, which reinforce the contemporary and functional design. The accesses are strategically distributed: three for vehicles on Avenida de Rodajos, one for emergencies on Avenida de los Ángeles, and three for pedestrians. The complex stands out for its integration with the environment, offering pedestrian paths and green areas that connect the facilities. Its modern and functional design makes it an ideal space for the student community.
