We have opened a new B&B HOTELS property in Fuenlabrada. B&B HOTELS is an international hotel chain with more than 850 establishments in 17 countries, specialising in quality, functional and stylish accommodation at an excellent price. The new hotel offers 132 double and triple rooms and stands out for the high quality and design of its facilities, combined with affordable pricing.
The opening ceremony was attended by leading representatives of Fuenlabrada City Council, along with senior executives from Avintia Inmobiliaria and& B&B HOTELS Iberia.
This project forms part of our strategic alliance with& B&B HOTELS Spain and Portugal to develop ten hotels in the Community of Madrid and Andalusia. Together they form part of our hotel pipeline, which already exceeds €100 million in investment and more than 1,000 rooms across Spain.
As part of the agreement with& B&B hotels, signed in 2023, work is already under way on the B&B San Fermín and&& B&B Vallecas hotels, both of which are scheduled to open before the end of the year. Construction will also soon begin on new hotels in Villaverde and Getafe.
