We have begun construction of 606 new affordable rental homes in Móstoles, located at 30 Vía Láctea, in the PAU4 (Urban Development Plan 4) area of the municipality. The project was awarded to Avintia Inmobiliaria under a concession contract granted by Móstoles City Council.
The residential complex, scheduled for completion within 25 months, will comprise four buildings with a total built area of 47,414 m². It will include 173 one-bedroom, 347 two-bedroom and 86 three-bedroom homes, along with 719 parking spaces, 606 storage rooms and a community facility. The project was designed by S+A Arquitectos and Bardají Arquitectos and will be built using the industrialised Ávita system, developed by Grupo Avintia. This method accelerates construction timelines and optimises the use of materials and resources. The benefits include up to a 75% reduction in construction waste, a 20% decrease in water consumption and up to a 50% reduction in the use of raw materials and concrete. In addition, the system helps cut noise pollution by 50% and CO₂ emissions by 40%, while lowering residents’ annual energy costs by up to 32%.%.
The new development in Móstoles will join the 19 projects we currently have under way across the country.
